so aside from being completely inspired lately, here are a few more lessons i have learned from various friends and experiences:
1. never mix money with friends.
2. dont find lovers in places you love to go
3. family and work is probably a bad idea.
Ah life lessons, why do so many of them have to be learned through trial and error...
one of my mentors said something interesting with me a while back that I thought I would share with my one follower :D you konw who you are <3
while most people conventionally thiink that life is too short and we should live every moment, she said that in many ways, life is extremely long and the amount of potential that everyone has to accomplish what they want in life is huge.
I think I am going to take that and run with it.
On a separate note, valentine's day is coming up as i am constantly bombarded by red hearts and kitchy decorations. I dont necessarily think it is a bad holiday and i am definitely not bitter because i am single, but i feel the same way about valentine's day as i do about new years: you shouldnt need one day to show someone you care just like you shouldnt need one day to resolve how you are going to lead your life.
